How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are prepared within 72 business hours from the order confirmation date. This may change during promotional or discount seasons.
- Lima standard shipments: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 72 business hours *.
-Shipments Province (Peru): Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 4 to 5 business days *.
- International shipments: Once the order is prepared, the delivery time is 5-7 business days *.
* Note: In times of special discounts, some shipments may experience a slight delivery delay. The brand will contact the customer to coordinate the exact shipping date.
EXCEPTIONS: Orders that contain personalized products can have their delivery time increased up to 15 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All our products go through quality control prior to shipment. In case the product presents an error such as:
- Product in bad condition
- Wrong product
In any of the cases, it is necessary that the products are in perfect condition (in case it is a wrong product) and without any use. It is necessary that the product be returned in the packaging in which the order was received. If the items are received in poor condition, the exchange will not be possible. All our orders can only be returned in 5 business days, after this time the product will not be accepted.
The products have a guarantee?
All our items are guaranteed for 4 months from the date of delivery of the order. The guarantee will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse. We will study each case in detail.
